I was looking for more info.Snail games has not updated their news page since March 2015. Has 5 articles on Dark and Light (latest is from ) so I guess the game is progressing. (also note the article linked page calls it a buy to play game). and the system requirements are for PC, windows based.

its so new only about 200 players are on it. Looks like Age of Wushu is up and running.
